Best Celebrity Smiles
Actress Natalie Portman takes home the award for best smile in Hollywood. Almost 91 percent of cosmetic dentists agree that her smile is number one. James Franco was the runner-up, with 82 percent of votes. Nicole Kidman, Annette Bening, Colin Firth, and Christian Bale also top the nominee list for great smiles.
The AACD may have left out a few award-worthy grins. Jessica Simpson has a large mega-watt white smile, Halle Berry has a very symmetrical smile, and Matt Damon sends girls swooning with his straight teeth.
Most Kissable Mouths
During their analysis, the AACD also ranked celebrity mouths that are perfect for kissing on the silver screen. Angelina Jolie takes the spotlight hands-down because of her perfectly plump lips. Natalie Portman came in second, followed by a third-place tie between Julia Roberts and Halle Berry.
As for the smoochable men, Jake Gyllenhaal takes the gold. Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Denzel Washington also top the list.
Celebs Who Need Dental Work
Some leading celebrities weren’t even nominated for having a great smile. Tom Cruise has had a lot of dental work to straighten and whiten his teeth, but his smile is still crooked in comparison with his face. In the white house, George W. Bush, Hillary Clinton, and Condoleeza Rice would all benefit from some dental work. Actors Steve Buscemi and Kirsten Dunst could use some veneers to enhance their bent smiles.
